David S. Zuckerman, Esq. is the Senior Partner of Zuckerman & Zuckerman LLP. He received his B.A. in Philosophy from Stanford University in 1973 and his J.D. from the University of Denver in 1978. He received his LL.M. in Taxation from New York University in 1979 and was admitted to the California Bar in the same year. David was an associate attorney at the law firm of Buchanan & Wagner before forming the law firm of Fornaciari & Zuckerman with Joan Fornaciari in 1983. He went on to form Zuckerman & McQuiller, LLP with Michael J. McQuiller in 1990 where he practiced until joining Zuckerman & Zuckerman LLP in 2026.
Abraham R. Zuckerman, Esq. is the Managing Partner of Zuckerman & Zuckerman LLP. He received his B.A. in Philosophy from Vassar College in 2004 and his J.D. from the UCLA School of Law in 2008. Abe was admitted to the California Bar in 2008 and was an associate attorney at the law firm of Fenwick & West LLP from 2008 through 2011 where he worked on venture capital financings and mergers and acquisitions. Abe received his LL.M. in Taxation from New York University in 2012, joined Zuckerman & McQuiller, LLP the same year, and was made a partner in 2021.
